    "I participated in FaceTime hypnotherapy sessions with Tim in 2017. I had no experience with hypnotists nor had I ever given it much thought.My issue seemed simple, anxiety about an upcoming performance.He gathered information he needed and asked if FaceTime was suitable due to the vast distance. I agreed.

    I sat back in a comfortable outdoor chair and placed my phone in the holder with my earbuds in. I closed my eyes and followed his voice as he took me through a type of imagery or guided thoughts.It seemed very simple and calming. Through his guided voice and suggestions - he unlocked many spaces and filled other up.I was unaware of the specific changes in the moment.

    He spoke of us having butterflies in our tummy. When that feeling comes, see the soft delicate blue butterflies that bring a smile. He could see many butterflies around my area (as did I).

    When the moment came as I was waiting to step on the platform anxiety twinged my tummy. Almost immediately after this sensation blue butterflies floated across my mind - I was blown away, wow. In the months to follow many other things blossomed within my mind and body (orgasms dramatically increased) it was like a deep healing.
